Gatersleben and the Biotech Campus are located almost in the centre of Germany in the Federal State of Saxony-Anhalt. It is approximately 2.5 hours Southwest of Berlin. See the map to right (clicking the area around the red dot, will open a regional map).
Gatersleben can easily be reached by national and international guests using trains or any other means of transportation. The closest airports are Leipzig-Halle and Hannover airports. However, you may find it more convenient to arrive at another airport and switch to the train directly instead of opting for the often cumbersome domestic flights.
