The main tasks of the group Personnel are:

  • recruitment and support of human resources according to staff appointment schemes and projects,
  • scheduling and administration of the personnel expenditures according to the budget,
  • disposition of payments and salaries of the employees,
  • job description and evaluation as well as
  • preparation of personnel statistics.
