Where can I stay during my first weeks at the IPK?
Where can I meet people working at the IPK?
After work, you can meet people in the IPK club for social activities (barbeque, parties, public viewings etc.). Fridays are the famous MoViE NiGhT's in the IPK Club with cooking and dinner - just join us! A lot of people go to the Casino for breakfast, lunch or coffee; and it is open from Mo - Fr 07.30 - 15.00. The PostDoc Board and the Student Board are organising additional social events - watch out for the emails and have a look at Events & News.
Where can I find what at the IPK/Biotech campus?

Where can I get IT support?
The IPK uses a ticket system to process user requests efficiently. Please use the IT-HelpDesk to solve your IT questions. You can also find a lot of information about IT-related stuff on our intranet (fill excess/exchange, internet, WLAN etc . ), just click on the guide tab.
Where can I manage my contract, business trips and holidays?
The IPK has a web-portal for their employees LOGA HCM, which you can use for that. If you any administration-related issues, you can also directly approach the human resource management here. Again, the intranet provides already a lot of information for you, just click on the administration tab.
Is their a library? And how can I use it?
Yes, of course! You can find all information about our library here. The library also offers monthly tours for newcomers and will help you to get literature that you cannot access.
Where can I do my workout?
Where can I get help in case of scientific misconduct?
You can always approach the Postdoc board and ask for help. But the IPK also has an ombudsperson Frank Blattner that you can contact anytime.
