There is a guest house on the IPK campus embedded in the beautiful park. 44 fully furnished apartments with one or two rooms are available to employees and guests of the IPK on a daily basis or for short-term rent up to six months.

All apartments have a kitchenette or small kitchen and a bathroom (shower, toilet). The kitchens are equipped with two hotplates, a refrigerator and a sink. Dishes as well as a kettle and coffee maker are part of the equipment.

You can choose between different apartment types (see price list), depending on availability. For rentals of one month or more, a deposit of up to a gross monthly rent must be paid.

The guest house is equipped with washing machines, tumble dryers, a communal kitchen with an oven (coin-operated), a small TV room, a drying room and cellar, and various storage rooms. A parking space is available.

Alternatively, the guest house management arranges furnished shared apartments of a private landlord near the campus in order to enable newcomers to find short-term accommodation.

Apartment types and prices:

The prices include all additional costs including electricity and WLAN connection.

1) 1-room apartment for gross monthly rent
* 240 EUR (approx. 15 - 20 m²)
* 330 EUR (approx. 20 - 25 m²) - kitchen as a separate room

2) 2-room apartment for gross monthly rent i. H. v.
* 330 EUR (approx. 25 m²; bedroom, study and living room with kitchen niche, some with mini balcony)
* 420 EUR (approx. 30 - 33 m²; bedroom partly with double bed, study and living room with kitchen corner)

3) Shared apartments for 2 people
* 210 EUR p.p. (approx. 30 - 33 m²; shared work / bedroom, kitchen, dining / living room)

One-off costs at the beginning of the rental period:

• Final cleaning fee 65 euros
• Linen package fee 15 euros (bed linen, towels, tea towel, linen exchange service)

Daily rentals (up to one month) cost 40 EUR per night (15 EUR from the 5th night onwards), including all service charges.
